Refund and Returns Policy

We hope that you love your On Purpose with Busie Sholo items, but if you are not satisfied, you are entitled to request a refund within 30 DAYS of receiving your order.

If your Journal is damaged on arrival, please take a photo of it before you open it. If the inside is damaged please take a photo of it and send us an email with your name, address, order number and attach the photo(s) to your email. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with damaged journals if they have been written in.

After you have received your item(s) to your South African address, you have 30 DAYS to request a refund if you wish to, you then have to return your item(s) to us in perfect, unused condition, in all original packaging within the 30 DAYS.

We recommend using a recorded delivery service to return your item(s) to us so that you know your postal service has delivered it safely back to us.

If you request a refund for your order within the 30 DAYS but you do not then return the item(s) to us within the 30 DAYS, we would not be able to offer a refund to you for this.

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any orders that are outside of the 30 DAYS period after your item(s) have been confirmed as delivered to you by the couriers.

All appropriate refunds will be issued within 14 DAYS of receiving the return. You are responsible for paying for return postage.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order you will receive an email confirming your order. Please ensure that you check your junk mail and social folders just in case your emails get lost there.
